Bioelectricity

Mika is the only known Stratos to boast the ability of bioelectricity. The muscles of his arms and upper torso are lined with electric organs, which use sodium and potassium ions to generate current. The mechanism of his electricity was deemed unfit by his designers, so he was implanted wires that connect to metallic plates on his hands. With it, he can load on current and then discharge it in a controlled manner. He has very fine control over the discharges, from small shocks akin to a prank device, to devastating surges of energy capable of immediate cardiac arrest.

Hand-to-hand combat

Mika is a short and light man, easy to underestimate. His greatest asset lies in his agility and silence. He is great at sneaking around and staying quick on his feet—ending fights before foes are even aware he's there. He doesn't get behind in direct confrontation, though. He fights dirty; unafraid of getting messy or cruel.

Subterfuge

It can be easy to assume Mika must have had a Warden or military background based on his performance in covert operations. Despite his usual lack of charisma, he's good at fronting with charm or even shyness, mostly for the purpose of acquiring intelligence. He's very observant, catching details on the behaviour of people, noticing patterns and paying attention to maps and landmarks frequented. Between his lockpicking skills, his quiet step, and his second pair of eyes, he's able to make his way into most locations.
